How Does it Work?

The VI Peel will tighten skin, repair sun damage, reduce the appearance of lines, and treat acne. It is a stronger peel that must be administered by an experienced professional provider. The VI Peel can reduce irregularities and damage to your skin, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, improve skin texture and tone, reduce sun spots, enlarged pores and hyperpigmentation.

Anyone nursing or recently pregnant- must stop 3 months prior. Chemo/Radition-must stop 3 months prior. Patients with Lupus-Cannot receive peel if on Autoimmune suppressant . Patients with Herpes outbreaks-Must take medicine (Valtrex) before, during and after healing time. Any patient with Melasma must start 4% Hydroquinone 10 days prior.

Peeling after treatment will likely occur within 3 to 6 days, with the heaviest peeling on days 3 and 4. It is very important to follow the recovery guidelines provided to you, and not peel or pick at your skin. Do not workout and avoid strenuous movements for 72 hours after treatment.

The Facial Infusion can be performed on all skin types and Fitzpatrick’s (the system which classifies skin type according to the amount of pigmentation and your skin’s reaction to sun exposure). The procedure is very safe, even pregnant and lactating women can receive the Facial Infusion treatment as it does not exceed the allotted IUs of vitamin A.
